According to The Reporter, three civilians and a police officer were killed, and ten others were wounded when a clash broke out between police and youth from the Hamaressa internally displaced people (IDP) camp in Harrar. The violence took place on February 11, 2020. Currently, the IDP camp, which is reported to host about four thousand people, is calm.
